My account has expired for the Getting Started
Course. How do I renew?
Circle Press will be happy to assist you with your renewal. Please call
them at 1-888-881-0729. You may also renew on-line by visiting the Circle
Press Website.

am getting the error message, invalid user id/password when I try to sign
in.
A couple of things could be happening. First, be sure that your subscription
has not expired. If it has you will need to renew to continue with the
Course. Please call Circle Press at 1-888-881-0729 to renew.
If you have an active
subscription but are still unable to access the site, be sure that you
are entering your entire e-mail address in the “user
id” field.

I
can sign in and get to the Getting Started Index but when I click on a
Module, nothing happens.
In most cases, this indicates that the pop-up blocker feature on your
computer is enabled. The Getting Started Course can only be viewed
by allowing pop-ups on this site. If your search engine (Internet Explorer),
browser (Google, Yahoo, etc.), or firewall has pop-up protection, please
disable all for the Integral Formation site (www.integralformation.org).

I use a Macintosh computer. Can I still access
the CIF Website and Course site?
At this time, best results with the Getting Started Courses will
only be gained using Internet Explorer on a PC. We cannot guarantee complete
access using any other browser or computer system such as a Macintosh.

What
is the cost to subscribe to the Getting Started Courses?
With original registration to the CIF Website, a free 15-day trial is
given for the Getting Started Course to each member. When renewing
a subscription, CIF offers 3 levels of subscriptions: 3, 6, or 12 months
at a rate of $15, $20, or $35 respectively.

Is
there a fee for the CIF Website?
There is no cost associated with the CIF Website. The only fee charged
is for the Integral Formation site which houses the Getting Started
Course. A subscription to the Getting Started Course is
not required to retain a CIF Account.

Can
I make a copy of the Getting Started Course for my teammates that cannot
access the site?
We respectfully ask our members not to print a copy of the Getting
Started Course from the Integral Formation site. However, we now
have available the workbook version of the Getting Started Course.

copy, please call Circle Press at 1-888-881-0729.
